Job Description
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create beautiful and functional digital experiences. You'll work on web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Stay updated with latest design trends and best practices
• Present design concepts to stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (1-3 years experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
